Save Money!

Before Calling Bigfoot Heating & Cooling, Check These:
* All circuit breakers/fuses
* Thermostat settings/batteries
* Air filter


No Heat?cold
Check:
* Thermostat settings [ Heat/Auto/Set to 74(or at least 2° above space temp) ]
* Make sure filters are clean
* Make sure pilot is lit(if older, standing pilot-type furnace)
* Make sure fuel valves are open
* Check emergency switch near furnace or may be at top of stairs of basement. Looks like a light switch and often red in color.
* Try looking in window of furnace to see light(most furnaces have these). Note any flash codes before powering off or resetting furnace for technician

No Air Conditioning?hot
Check:
* Thermostat settings [ Cool/Auto/Set to 70(or at least 2° below space temp) ]
* Make sure filters are clean
* Check emergency switch near furnace or may be at top of stairs of basement. Looks like a light switch and often red in color.
* Look for ice on indoor coil or maybe even outdoor coil.

*If ice exists, turn thermostat to [ System-Off/Fan-On ]. This will thaw out coil/s before technician arrives, saving you MONEY!
